Scowering the Wordpress site for support I saw a lot of people with this problem but I think the majority of folks are on Linux and the folks using Windows IIS have no idea that&#039;s what they&#039;re using.  The Wordpress warning messages will give an indication through the absolute path.  A Windows setup will reveal a path that starts with &quot;D:&quot; (which is not referring to your local PC drive as some may be lead to think!). I&#039;ve submitted a comment on Wordpress leading to your solution.  hope you don&#039;t mind. Cheers!</description>
