El Puerto Restaurant – Website Redesign

As many of you already know, I build websites for small businesses in my area. I recently finished creating and implementing a website redesign for El Puerto Mexican Restaurant in Fox Lake, IL. I love Mexican food, and if you’re in the area you should definitely give El Puerto a try.

I’m not just sucking up to them because they’re a client – the food is great, the drinks are fantastic, and they usually have live music on the weekends at dinner. It’s really fun during the summer because you can get to them by boat – but it’s currently 2 degrees outside. Brrr… Chicago winters never get better.

Anyways, here are the before and after shots:

I don’t claim to be an expert in graphic design, but it’s certainly an improvement!

I also incorporated some ExtCore functionality – namely the slideshow in the page header, and the tabbed sections on the menu page.
